Bone-Level IBS Main

It is apparent that IBS implant has the sharpest threads (fins, bone/Titanium ratio: 90/10, Fig.5)).  To fully engage into the cortex, the most coronal thread do not have to be subcrestal.  This is especially important when the bone is thin and consists of mainly the cortical bone (sinus floor). It is consistent with my clinical cases.
