Fig.12 (palatal view of the immediate provisional after flipper (F) adjustment): 13 days postop. The patient did not bring the flipper on the day of surgery. We did not ask her not to wear it after surgery. More trimming should have been done on the flipper against the provisional to reduce micromovement.
