A 19-year-old man requests making the upper lateral incisors flat (Fig.1,2). It is easier to fix the tooth #7 than #10, because of the mesiodistal space associated with the former. There is cusp tip wear of #6 and 11 (Fig.2 ^), suggesting bruxism. Does the latter increase possibility of treatment failure, particularly with porcelain veneers?
