A 77-year-old man dislodges a bridge involving the teeth #11-13 five years ago (Fig.1).   The tooth #13 is extracted and an immediate implant is placed.  Since the bone height is limited, a large implant will be used.  At the site of #12, a smaller (because of ridge atrophy) and longer implant will be placed.  *: periapical radiolucency.
