Fig.2 (after extraction): The septum is large with a slope palatally (S).  Following 1.6 mm pilot drill in the middle of the septal slope, the osteotomy is repositioned buccally with Lindamann bur.  To avoid drill drifting, Marking bur is used to make a large dimple.  The osteotomy does not shift when the osteotomy is finished with 4.3 mm drill.
