The large implant (6.9 mm) is chosen so that amount of bone graft to be used (Fig.8 red circles) is less, as compared to Fig.7.
The most coronal implant threads between the septal crest (black arrow) and the alveolar crest (white arrow) should be covered securely by bone graft, whereas the apical threads may be covered by the displaced septal bone using bone expansion technique (Fig.8': 1<-1; 2->2).
