A 65-year-old lady is at early stage of Parkinson's disease and appears to be a bruxer. There are multiple chipped teeth, including #2 (Fig.1*). Arrowheads indicate the shape of the roots/socket. It is beneficial to choose an implant as close as possible in shape (taper).
