PA is taken with a parallel pin (Fig.7).  It appears that the depth is not enough; there is bone apical to the pin.

When a large tap (7 mm) is inserted (Fig.8 T), there is no gap left in the socket.   The sinus floor has been penetrated without air leakage clinically. 

The bone density is fairly low in this case, as felt during drilling.
