Fig.4: 6x14 mm implant is placed at #3 ~ 50 Ncm (abutment 5x5 mm), 4.5x17 mm at #4 35 Ncm (3.5x5). The existing bridge is used as a provisional.
The patient returns for definitive restoration 4 months postop. There is no or minimal bone loss around the implants at the sites of #3 and 4 (Fig.7). A 2.5x14 mm 1-piece implant is placed 1 month after the 1st placement.
