A 4.5x20 mm implant is placed at #10 (Fig.7, 45 Ncm). With implants at #3 and 4, the existing bridge is re-cemented as a provisional.
One month later, a 2.5x14 mm 1-piece implant and 3.5x20 mm implant (3x9 mm abutment) are placed at #8 and 9 (Fig.5).
