Narrow Mesiodistal Space

A 57-year-old man will return for #14,15 implant placement.  The mesiodistal space is narrow (Fig.1: 16.8 mm vs. ~20 mm), whereas the buccopalatal dimension is wide (Fig.2,3 (B: buccal)).  The diameters of the 2 implants will be determined by the former parameter.  Bone density at the sites are 100-400 units.  It is easy for bone expansion/condensation when bone density is 100-200 units
