The implant at the site of #4 is close to the neighboring tooth. 

The implant at #3 appears to stick to the sinus without too much bone support.  But the primary stability is high (insertion torque ~ 50 Ncm).  It is possible that the implant is inserted between the sinus and the nasal cavity (or more precisely the palate).

The implant at #2 should have been placed more distal (arrow).  The position of the osteotomy at #2 is not checked with the stent.

Long abutment (7 mm) are going to be placed because of large vertical space/severe bone loss.
