There is no bone loss 1 year 3 months post cementation (Fig.6). Periapical radiolucency increases at #18 with symptom (*). The pulpal chamber and coronal canal at #18 are filled with composite. There is limited native bone for primary stability if an immediate implant is placed (red dashed line: the superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal).
