The osteotomy at the site of #31 is established in the mesial slope of the mesial socket, while the coronal end of the osteotomy deviates distally (Fig.7: correcting tilting). *: septum; red dashed line: the upper border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal. Parallel pins are 10 mm long in the osteotomy sites.
Position of osteotomy at the site of #30 is also determined by the surgical stent.
