Although there is bone height for a 15 mm implant, the initial depth for osteotomy will be 13 mm (Fig.2). Sometimes there is discrepancy in measuring bone height between panoramic X-ray and PA. Red dashed line: the superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal.
