Trajectory Correction

A 69-year-old man needs an implant at #18 (Fig.1,2 CT (sagittal and coronal sections)).  In spite of use of surgical stent, the trajectory is not ideal (Fig.3-5).  The following day the implant is removed with bone graft (Fig.6).  In the 2nd placement, the trajectory is adjusted in each step (Fig.7-9 arrows) with long term stability (Fig.10,11).
