The crown dislodges 4 months post permanent cementation.  Still the patient complains of small crown without occlusal contact.  Impression is taken for a new normal-sized crown.  The new crown becomes loose 1 year 9 months post cementation (Fig.14).  The teeth #14 and 15 remain unrestored.  There is bone loss at #30 at the furca and around the coronal portion of the distal root.

Ideally the crown at #31 should be removed for redo.  The unipost will be bonded with Panavia V5.  Check the height of the abutment before bonding.  Extend the margin as apical as possible and make a deeper retention groove.  Use laser for gingivectomy PRN.  Advise the patient to have implants at #14 and 15 as soon as possible.
