Placement Depth of Magicore

After 4.5x11.5 mm drill (10.5 mm offset) and 5.0 mm tap with guide at #14, the depth of the gingiva is measured 3 mm.  A 5.5x9(3) mm Magicore cannot enter the green sleeve and is placed free hand (Fig.1).  The margin is slight subgingival mesiodistal.  With 3-4 turns, the buccal margin is slightly subgingival, while the palatal one slightly supragingival (Fig.2).  The length of the implant could be 11 mm, considering the apical space (double arrows).  To prevent periimplantitis, what is the appropriate placement depth coronally?  Where does Titanium end?  Dr. Wang thinks that the placement level is right.  Probably due to underprep, the mesial crestal bone appears to have been resorbed 7 months postop (Fig.3 ^, as compared to Fig.1).  The gingiva is healthy.  A 4.3x5 mm solid abutment is torqued 20 Ncm for impression.  The guide allows the implant to be placed lingual because of buccal concavity (Fig.4), but the coronal end of the solid abutment in the center for restoration (Fig.5 A).  The crown is seated partially on the Magicore (M).    The temp bond cemented crown is off 8 months post cementation (Fig.6).  The bone density increases especially mesial.
