Immediate Implant after Endo Failure

A 75-year-old man has bite pain at #13 after RCT (root resorption, Fig.1).  The tooth appears to be non-salvageable (Fig.2).  There seems to be sufficient bone for the longest tissue-level implant (Fig.3,4).  Take preop PA and intraop one as soon as a 2 mm drill is used for trajectory confirmation.
