Sinus Lift-Minimal Apical Bone

While the doctor is using the last drill (3.0x8.5 mm), measure the length of 2.2x8.5 mm drill.  If it is less than 19 mm, use 19 mm sinus lift drill of DIO Sinus Approach Kit.  Otherwise, use 2.2x10 and 2.2x11.5 mm drills if necessary.  Prepare water lifter.
