FPD

A 63-year-old man lives out of state and returns to office for scaling with chief complaint of occasional upper left pain (#14, Fig.1).  After discussion, he agrees to have implant restoration in the upper right quadrant (#2-4).  It appears that a 3-unit FPD is appropriate (Fig.2,3).  When the teeth #14 and 19 fail, immediate implants will be placed (Fig.4-6).
