Fig.12 (buccal view, 34 days postop): There is slightly gingival recession distobuccally, probably due to pre-existing buccal plate defect. The implant should have been placed more palatally.
The buccal fistula disappears. Granulation tissue in the palatal socket is fresh and healthy.
