Wax up for Implants

Daivs (53 years old) has six missing teeth (Fig.1 * and 5 red wax teeth). In spite of wearing two removal partial dentures, the lower right 2nd molar is supraerupted. (Fig.1 (buccal view), 2 (lingual): #2 and arrows). 

The first step of treatment plan is to place an implant at the site of the opposing tooth (Fig.4: *) and orthodontically intrude the affected tooth using mini-implants (Fig.3 arrow).  Cross bite may remain untreated (Fig.4,6 (posterior view)).

Surgical and CT scan stents are to be fabricated from the diagnostic models.
