The stent helps treatment planning: placing 6x11 mm gingiva-level tapered implant in the most ideal restorative position (2nd molar). The implant will be placed ~ 1 mm into the sinus. The buccolingual width of the crest is 6.9 mm.  It may be too narrow for 6 mm implant.  But with bone expansion techniques using osteotomes and/or bone expanders, it should be safe to place 5 or 6 mm implant.
