Three of 1-piece implants (all 14 mm long) are placed at #12-14 with low insertion torque as shown below. For example, a 2x14 (2) mm implant is placed at #12 with insertion torque <15 Ncm; a 2.5 mm 1 piece implant is placed at #13 ~ 15 Ncm; a 3.5 mm implant at 14 the insertion torque is >15 Ncm.
These 1-piece implants may be alright in term of mechanic, since the opposing dentition is mainly RPD (including #18, 20, 21, Fig.9). At restorative stage, sites at #11 and 15 may be single-unit, while those at #12-14 splinted.
