Bicon implant (4.5x8 mm; Fig.3) is chosen because of easy change of abutments as the space increases orthodontically.  *: bone level.

After cementation, a PA is taken to confirm no residual cement (Fig.8 ^).  One year post cementation, the mesial bone appears to be higher than before (Fig.9 *).

It appears that there are 2 phases of bone remodeling: bone resorption the 1st three months postop (between Fig.3 and 6) and bone regrowth post cementation (between Fig.6 and 9).
