Prior to surgery, models are mounted to show tilting of #2 into #3 edentulous space (Fig.1). Limited ortho will be conducted prior to or after #3 implant placement.
The mesiodistal dimension of #30 pontic is particularly narrow. After bridge removal, implants at the sites of #30 and 31 should be placed in normal position and trajectory.
