Narrow Implant I

The palatal gingival margin of the tooth #15 with vertical root fracture is low, consistent with the low palatal plate after extraction (Fig.1 >).  With IS guide, a 5x11 mm IBS implant is placed in the septum with >5 mm the palatal gap.  After underprep in depth, a 3.5x9 mm achieves primary stability (Fig.2,3).  The palatal defect at #15 is repaired with allograft (*) and 2 pieces of PRF membrane.
