Fig.2 is taken a few days post extraction.  It appears that the sinus floor is low (^).  But if the osteotomy created by osteotomes or bone expanders is palatal or buccal to the lowest point of the sinus floor (where the previous roots are located), the length of the implant can be gained.  This is the plan we are going to accomplish.
