A 2x14 (2) mm implant is placed with insertion torque <15 Ncm; a 2.5x14 mm implant is placed at #13 ~ 15 Ncm (Fig.5). Initial osteotomy at #14 is felt to be low; the subsequent osteotomy is underprep, the insertion torque is >15 Ncm (3.5x14 mm).
The angulation of the osteotomy at #14 is not detected early.
